Welcome to ELICIA – Empowering Leadership in Creative Innovation and AI-driven Entrepreneurs.

ELICIA is an international learning community that connects creativity, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and entrepreneurship under one collaborative vision. As the ELICIA team, our mission is to unite universities, start-up support centres, and industry partners to empower a new generation of leaders and entrepreneurs who will drive change in the creative economy. Through this collective effort, we aim to reach over 400 students, 100 academics, and 100 external stakeholders during Phase 1, and a total of 800 students, 200 academics, and 200 external stakeholders by the end of Phase 2, alongside the creation of at least 10 innovative start-ups.

At ELICIA, we believe that innovation is not only technological. It is ethical, sustainable, and human-centered. Our modules promote responsible AI, interdisciplinary collaboration, and creative solutions that generate real societal impact. More than a project, ELICIA is a vibrant community where diverse experiences, ideas, and aspirations converge.
