Building a Good Pitch Deck

Anthology Ventures
24.11.2025 | 11:00 am -12:00 pm or 16:00 pm -17:00 pm (GMT+3)

Craft a concise, narrative deck: problem, solution, traction, market, business model, roadmap, and team—what investors really need to see.

Building a Good Pitch Deck Mentoring/Training Program Content

Building something people want sounds obvious, but most startups fail because they skip real validation and fall in love with their solution instead of the problem. This session teaches you a systematic approach to testing your assumptions before you waste months and money building the wrong thing. We’ll cover customer discovery techniques, how to run effective validation experiments, and how to interpret signals from potential users who are often too polite to tell you your idea isn’t working.

You’ll learn the difference between people saying they like your idea and people actually proving they have the problem you’re solving. We’ll explore frameworks for identifying your riskiest assumptions, designing quick tests to validate or invalidate them, and knowing when you’ve found real product-market fit versus false positives. This session emphasizes getting out of the building and talking to customers, with practical tactics for finding early adopters, running problem interviews, and measuring genuine interest through behavior rather than opinions. The goal: give you the confidence to pivot fast when needed or double down when you’ve found something real.
